Tenant Questions

How do I pay rent online?

Rent can be paid through the tenant portal via ACH transfer, credit/debit card, Zelle, or cash at retail locations. Note that certain payment methods may include processing fees.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Non-emergency maintenance requests are submitted through the tenant portal. For emergencies — water leaks, HVAC failure, electrical hazards, or flooding — contact our office directly at (512) 200-2026.

What are the rental application requirements?

We review credit history, income (typically 3× monthly rent), rental history, and background checks. All applications are processed in compliance with Fair Housing laws.

How do I give notice to move out?

Written notice is required per your lease terms. After notice is given, we schedule a move-out inspection, coordinate key return, and process your security deposit within 30 days per Texas law.
